January, 20th 2013 I've upgrade or such as training for ESAP (English Self-Access Program) Tutor, so we as tutor was trained to be better Tutor  / like Assistant that help Participant ( Student ) to encourage their english. And to face new semester, we have to serve participant better, this what i get, first i have to smile,more polite (Even i got rude participant), then i have to make participant more passion to follow ESAP Activity and many more things i get from thats training,, just make you curious. here a photo i take from thats training
